The centre for vocation promotes vocation to priesthood and religious life. It arranges retreats for the aspiring students twice a year i.e. during the Diwali holidays and the summer holidays so as to help the youngsters discern their true call. It is gratifying to see many boys and girls coming forward to embrace the way of holiness by becoming priests and religious.
The department was managed by Fr Antony Kollannur, Fr Franko Kavalakkatt, Fr Emmanuel Kadankavil, Fr Francis Eluvathingal, Fr Jose Kokkopuzha, Fr Jeeson Kanjirathingal, Fr. George Vattamattam, Fr Davis Tharakan, Fr Jomon Nellimalamattam, Fr Lijo Mullonkal, Fr Shinto Vallanattuas, Fr. Augustine Kattayath and Fr Joby Ayithamattamits as former Directors. At presentl Fr Shibu Pulickal (outside the Diocese) and Fr Lijo Velliyamkandathil (Inside the Eparchy) are servicing as the Directors of Vocation.
